Your reservation

• Rates are per room per night and the total shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and fees.
• The guest named on the reservation must present a government-issued photo ID at check-in and meet the hotel's minimum check-in age.
• Your selected rate states whether no online payment, a card guarantee, a deposit, or prepayment is required. Any card details are collected by the payment processor's secure hosted form and never pass through Palace Inn servers.

Changes and cancellations

• Each hotel sets its cancellation policy; it is shown before you reserve and on your confirmation.
• Changes are re-priced at current rates. Cancelling after the free-cancellation deadline may incur the charge shown in the policy.
• If you do not arrive and do not cancel, the hotel may treat the reservation as a no-show under the same policy.

House rules

Hotels are non-smoking indoors unless stated otherwise; a cleaning fee applies for smoking in a room. Pet and parking policies are listed on each hotel page.
