What we collect

• Reservation details — your name, email, phone number, stay dates and any special requests. The hotel you book needs these to host you.
• Site usage — anonymous analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, searches made) to improve the booking experience. Form contents are masked in any session recordings.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We only email you offers if you tick the box at checkout, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Who sees it

Your reservation is shared with the hotel you booked and with Palace Inn's brand office for support and reporting. It is stored on secure infrastructure in the United States.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, contact the hotel where you stayed or use the manage link in your confirmation email.
